Hungen/Hessen – Musically, Helene Fischer (38) has pretty much achieved everything in this country. But Daniela Alfinito (51) is hot on the heels of the Schlagerqueen. The daughter of Amigos star Bernd Ulrich is now setting Helene Fischer’s chart record. But she doesn’t really care about that fact.

Daniela Alfinito stormed the Austrian charts again with “Free and Limitless”. From zero to number 1 and that for the fourth time. So far, only a few hit stars have managed to do this. Including her Amigos star Bernd Ulrich, but also Schlagerqueen Helene Fischer.
But she doesn’t really care that Daniela Alfinito draws level with Helene Fischer. She doesn’t think much of these comparisons. “I don’t give a damn,” she clarifies in an interview with “heute.at”. “I’m me. i do my thing I think it’s so nice that my music is popular in all countries. My path to here was very, very rocky and I walked it, now I have sand under my feet,” says Daniela Alfinito.

Helene Fischer, one of the biggest German hit stars of all time, is the most commercially successful singer in Germany with more than sixteen million records sold and is therefore one of the world’s best-earning musicians. Her albums “Farbenspiel” and “Best of Helene Fischer” are among the best-selling music albums in the country. So it’s no surprise that the music prizes are thrown after her: Helene Fischer has an incredible seventeen echoes, eight golden hens, three bambis and two golden cameras. In 2015 she received the Bavarian Television Award for “The Helene Fischer Show”.
Helene Fischer’s only Germany concert 2022 took place on August 20, 2022 in front of a record crowd of 130,000 fans in Munich – the biggest concert of her career. The first 100,000 tickets were already sold in 24 hours.

But she didn’t always take the constant criticism, the hate comments and the constant comparisons with other pop singers that lightly. “I get a lot of criticism: how does she look today? How is her makeup? What was she wearing on stage?” she says. At first she took it to heart. She “thought I wouldn’t be able to hold out for long. I often drove to my dad crying and said I couldn’t do it anymore.”
