Apple’s HomePod could receive support for YouTube Music in the future.
X-User aaronp613 made an interesting find in the Google app. There is an icon hidden in the files of the YouTube Music application called “connect_with_homepod”.
Not the first music service
According to him, this indicates that the service is planned to be integrated with Apple’s smart speaker. Other music streaming services and compatible devices have been on board for some time.
No official information yet
There is currently no announcement from Apple or Google on this matter. A release date cannot yet be given.
