After announcing the honor 80 and 80 pro last month, the honor made another member of the line official: the Honor 80 GT, smartphone aimed at the gamer audience. This model delivers top-notch specs, including a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, up to 16 RAM and a steam cooling system to prevent overheating during matches.
What does the Honor 80 GT offer?
The new gaming smartphone from honor It features a 6.67-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 300 Hz touch sampling rate and 1,400 nits of maximum brightness.
Inside, the Chinese manufacturer has inserted a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, combined with 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Considering that this is one of the best chipsets on Qualcommconsumers can expect excellent performance.
There are three cameras at the rear, the main 54-megapixel, the secondary 8-megapixel wide-angle and the tertiary 2-megapixel macro. The front sensor, positioned in the small “hole” on the screen, delivers 16 megapixels.
The battery adds up to 4,800 mAh with support for fast charging at 66 watts. Other features of the device include: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB-C port and fingerprint reader under the screen. In software, the Magic UI 7.0 interface based on Android 12 is factory installed.

O Honor 80 GT will be available in China from January 1st in the following configurations:
- 12GB + 256GB: US$ 473 (R$ 2,497);
- 16GB + 256GB: US$ 516 (BRL 2,724).
