Months after the presentation of its global variant, the Honor Magic Vs foldable finally went on sale in the UK. The device brings a competitive price, with the right to a pre-sale promotion.
Initially revealed in November 2022, the Magic Vs is Honor’s current foldable, entering another important market: the United Kingdom. The device has an embedded Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, arriving in the country with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage space. Honor Magic Vs runs Android 13 under MagicOS 7.1 interface.
It features an external 6.45-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution and AMOLED technology, in addition to supporting a 120 Hz refresh rate. The internal panel is 7.9 inches, also OLED with Full HD+ resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate support. Both are 10-bit screens and, while the internal screen has a brightness of 800 nits, the external one has a higher brightness, reaching 1,200 nits.
The device has a 5,000 mAh battery with support for fast charging of 66 W, and also supports dual SIM cards, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC.
Finally, as for the camera set, it has two 16 MP front cameras, one internal and one external. On the other hand, at the rear, it has a 54MP Sony IMX800 main sensor, 50 MP ultrawide and 8 MP telephoto with optical image stabilization (OIS) and 3x optical zoom.
price and availability
The Honor Magic Vs will go on sale next May 19 in the United Kingdom, in black and cyan colors, with an official price of 1,399 pounds, about R$ 8,575 in direct conversion. But promotionally, during the pre-sale there will be a £200 discount coupon. There is no information about its launch in Brazil.
