Ingredients:

Condensed milk 395 grams
Cream of milk 500 cubic centimeters
Passion fruit juice 400 cubic centimeters

Process:

For the mousse, they are going to start by beating the cream at half a point. Until they notice that it is taking consistency, that it is not so liquid. Once they reached that point, they add the condensed milk and continue beating.

It is important that from this moment on they are not distracted, so that they do not get cut due to excessive beating.

For the passion fruit juice they have two options, the first is to use the juice of the natural fruit, strained, that is, without seeds.

As a second option if you can’t find fresh fruit, you can buy natural frozen pulp, which is sold in many stores.

They add the juice to the smoothie and continue beating, but just until integrated. They can also be helped with a spatula.

They place the mousse in the containers they prefer, and take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours. Until it is firm. Let cool and serve!
