MinTIC formará en tecnología y programación a 500 mujeres repartidoras

The MinTic and Rappi, with the support of MindHub, seek to promote citizen access to technological transformation through education.

“The signing of this alliance is of great importance for our country, since the goal is to bring connectivity and technology to all citizens to change lives with digital transformation. We know that technology is the great engine of change that we need and that is why we celebrate this joint initiative that will transform the lives of 500 women, their families and their communities.”, pointed out the MinTIC Mauricio Lizcano.

MindHub will provide the technical program, and Rappi will accompany through mentoring with managers and leaders of the company; besides will support the participants in the search for job opportunities once the program has finished, both in Rappi and in other companies in the digital ecosystem. The ICT Ministry initiative seeks to provide educational development opportunities and market-relevant technology skills, such as Front End Web Development, so that these women can turn their ideas and designs into functional and attractive web solutions.

Requirements to participate in the MinTic training program

This MinTic program It will run in bootcamp format, with an intensity of 180 hours, thanks to the collaboration of MindHub. The requirements to participate include: being of legal age, residing in Colombia and having access to a computer and Internet connection, it will be possible to see the registration details through the communication channels of the delivery application. Additionally, those interested must pass an admission test that evaluates basic knowledge in logic, without the need for prior technology skills.
