The new conversations that C5N announced compromise Marcelo D’Alessandro even more and expose the close link between the Buenos Aires government and the PRO with the Supreme Court of Justice.
The video presents some alleged chats between the official of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta and Silvio Robles, spokesman and extremely trusted man of the president of the Court, Horacio Rosatti.
First, Robles shares with the Minister of Justice and Security of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires a note published by the Noticias Argentinas agency entitled: “Judge Rosatti will continue to lead CABA’s claim against the Nation for co-participation.” And he tells her, sarcastically: “I hope you get the ‘Robles ruling’ out.” The Buenos Aires official responds: “Obviously.”
In another exchange, Robles writes to him: “In 5 minutes I’ll give you a letter so that you can move it.” He then sends her advice regarding the conflict over the appointments of the members of the Magistracy Council, saying, “Use her as your own.” D’Alessandro replies: “Understood.”
The tone of the messages reveals the close bond between D’Alessandro and Roblesin addition to the evident partiality of the highest court when defining a lawsuit such as the composition of the Council of the Magistracy or the co-participation funds.
In response, D’Alessandro denounced Deputy Tailhade for illegal espionage.
