The background is Arsenal’s failed deal with Mykhaylo Mudryk (22 / Shakhtar Donetsk), who is drawn to London city rivals Chelsea for up to 100 million euros. Raphinha’s contract in Barcelona runs until 2027, so the 16-time national player would not be available for small change.
