Boat ‘Polar Prince’ has docked in the port of St. John’sin Newfoundland (Canada), with the flags at half mast in memory of those who died, and before the eyes of a group of police officers and investigators who have come on board after the Transport Safety Board (TSB) of Canada announced that it would be the subject of an investigation.

The TSB adds the note, “will not determine civil or criminal liabilityand conducts research for the “advancement of transportation security.”
