Jackery, the provider of portable power solutions, expanded its Pro product family with the introduction of the new solar generator 1500 Pro earlier this year. Consisting of the Powerstation Explorer 1500 Pro with 1512 Wh and the foldable SolarSaga 200W solar panel, the new solar generator offers easy access to energy at best at all times.
(Attention: In Germany, Jackery also calls its models “Jackery Explorer”, these are then pure power stations, the term solar generator is used for bundles consisting of power station and solar panel.)
The combo will go on sale on February 16th. The new ultra-charging system of the 1500 Pro enables charging in just two hours with 230 volts from the socket. Six optional “Jackery SolarSaga 200W solar modules” quickly ensure a full battery. When charged, the lithium-ion battery then provides a permanent output power of 1800 watts for the supply of electronic devices.
The Jackery Explorer 1500 Pro (38.4 x 26.9 x 30.75 cm) weighs 17 kilograms. The 1500 Pro operates at 30 to 46 decibels and provides light at the touch of a button thanks to the integrated torch. Above all, however, there are many connection options on the front for use with 1800 watts of nominal power or 3600 watts of peak power. Including two Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 with up to 18 W, two USB-C ports with Power Delivery with up to 100 W and a 12 volt socket. Next to it are two Schuko sockets for 230 volt devices. An AC and DC input are installed on the back to charge the power station.
As usual, such stations with solar panels are not a snap. The Jackery 1500 Pro solar generator will be available from February 16, 2023 at a price of 2,289 euros. In addition to the power station itself (Jackery Explorer 1500 Pro), the scope of delivery includes a SolarSaga 200W solar panel, a car charging cable, an AC charging cable, two DC7909 to DC8020 plugs and instructions for the power station and the solar module. The power station is also available individually as the Jackery Explorer 1500 Pro at an RRP of 1,599 euros. The guarantee covers a period of 5 years for both.
In addition, early bird orders will be available from February 16th to 22nd in the official online shop de.jackery.com and at Amazon enjoy a discount of 115 euros for the solar generator 1500 Pro and 100 euros when purchasing the Explorer 1500 Pro. Anyone who orders the following week from February 23rd to 28th will receive a carrying case for the power station worth 99 euros free of charge.
