JNJ ratifies investigation against Patricia Benavides for her master’s degree and doctorate with thesis not received

The National Board of Justice (JNJ), the body in charge of appointing, ratifying and dismissing the country’s judges and prosecutors, reconfirmed this Friday that it is investigating Patricia Benavideshead of the Public Ministry, for alleged irregularities in the master’s and doctorate degrees he obtained at the Peruvian Wings University (UAP).

The theses with which the magistrate reached these degrees are not found, according to the same house of studies. Last August, the JNJ issued a statement in which it stated, according to the weekly, that the only grade taken into account when selecting her as the Nation’s prosecutor was that of doctor of law.
