In the presence of BM. Elmar Rhomberg, numerous guests and the almost complete team, the annual general meeting of the Lauterach fire brigade took place on January 20th in the equipment house.

Looking back on the busy year 2022 showed that a total of 14,308 hours were spent serving the population. 104 operations with 204 sites had to be managed last year. After the upcoming promotions and the reports of the individual officials, 45 members were able to receive a gift of appreciation for excellent trial visits. At the end of his remarks on youth work, Wolfgang Greif then handed over his function as youth leader to Florian Greußing, who will now be in charge of the Lauterach fire brigade youth. The highlight of the meeting was the inauguration of new firefighters. Luis Hämmerle, Sandor Gabos and Stephan Luttenberger were officially accepted into the ranks of the military with the oath of flag. As an external sign, the commander presented them with their service ID card. B.M. Elmar Rhomberg thanked the community and referred to the importance of the local fire brigade, especially looking back on the flood events of last August.
