For example, a video of the initial two hours of the Dead Space remake was released on YouTube, which was quickly taken down by EA, as was a subsequent video of the same content.

Supposedly, this was the Playstation 5 version of the game and before it was eventually removed, it was viewable by some users for quite a long time. While the general plot of the game is already known, since it’s a remake, Electronic Arts has introduced some changes that players should ideally discover for themselves. For example, the game’s trophies have already revealed that there will be an alternate ending.
So if you want to experience the Dead Space remake largely unspoilered, you should be careful in the last few days before publication and, at best, avoid social media platforms like Reddit. Who knows what massive mysteries might be revealed in an unassuming video? Dead Space is scheduled for release this week on January 27, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. On platforms like Steam the title can already be pre-ordered at a price of just under 60 euros, for 69.99 euros there is a deluxe edition that beckons with additional cosmetic items. All pre-orders of the Dead Space remake also get Dead Space 2 completely free of charge.
