Now that the event Wintertide Collection coming to an end, the community of Apex Legends has its eyes firmly set on the next batch of content, especially now that a new leak has revealed details about the new content coming its way.
And it is that, although season 16 is scheduled for the beginning of February, there is still another collection event on the horizon that players can look forward to. So luckily, data miners have discovered the details of this event and it seems to be related to the Lunar New Year.
With skins, a start date, and even the relic expected to arrive revealed ahead of time, let’s see exactly what’s coming in the upcoming Season 15 Collection Event.
When is the Apex Legends Lunar New Year Collection Event?
The new collection of the moon event arrives on January 10, 2023, according to the trusted data miner SomeoneWhoLeaks from Apex Legends leaked. So as always, players can expect new badges and holosprays to be unlocked, as well as a variety of new skins to add to their collection.
Now, in terms of duration, we expect the Lunar New Collection Event to last the standard amount of time of two weeks, giving you plenty of time to get the relic.
Apex Legends Seer Relic
The seer’s relic is expected to arrive during the event, as when it comes to the heirloom coming in January, it’s safe to assume Seer will be Legend and receive the Mythic collectible.
His Fist Sickle leaked back in November and the community has been waiting for it to spawn I added it to Outlands. KralRindo gives a full sample of Heirloom in the video below which introduces all the animations.
In order to obtain this rare item during the event, you will need to collect all of the Collection Event cosmetics by opening packs. Once all cosmetics have been unlocked, you will automatically receive the Seer’s Fist Sickle Relic.
Apex Legends Lunar New Year Collection Event Skins
Thanks to the data miner, we’ve been given our first look at a set of skins slated for the Collection Event, one of which is this light blue Wattson Epic.
There’s also a black, gold and pink floral R99 that’s sure to stand out in the Outlands when you’re taking down your enemies.
