The former candidate for Star Academyinvited by Laura Felpin to participate in Lol: who laughs comes out on Prime, talks about what convinced him to come on the show.
“Is this the real Georges-Alain!?” The surprise was total, when Laura Felpin drew the ex-candidate of the Star Academy for his “joker card” on the show LOL: who laughs comes outon Amazon Prime.
“She managed to get Georges-Alain,” said Jonathan Cohen, as amazed as Leïla Bekhti, Adèle Exarchopoulos and Pierre Niney by the presence of the former academic star converted into sports commentary.
“I was looking for a personality who had disappeared from the radar but, at the same time, still in people’s minds. I contacted him on Instagram, and he immediately said yes”, had then explained to the Parisian Laura Felpin.

“She attacked me directly on my Insta. She did not put me in conditions where she was caressing me in the direction of the hair. She went straight there and I found that quite courageous on her part because generally people are aware not to approach me for this kind of bullshit”.
The comedian had Georges-Alain by the feelings, explaining to him that “it was a kiff for her if I came to wink”. Georges-Alain Jones also had to arm himself with self-mockery. “You’re supposed to make people laugh just by appearing,” he recalls.
Georges-Alain was the “highlight” of the sketch imagined by Laura Felpin, the starting drink of a driving school instructor, organized by her colleagues and former students.
The former Star Academy is also delighted with the light given to him by the show, while he is giving a concert on April 13 in Montrouge to promote his new album.
“They gave me a hell of a promo. Everyone had an overreaction. (…) It was pretty nice, but I didn’t understand what happened,” he concludes, without regretting this appearance for a moment.
