She is the beaming winner of an outstanding competition: Valentina from Darmstadt (Hesse) secures the crown of “Life made easy – The Biggest Loser” 2023 and a prize money of 50,000 euros with a grandiose weight loss of 64.7 kilos. Overall, she lost an incredible 47.82 percent of her starting weight (135.3 kilos). “Since day one, my biggest wish has been to win ‘Life Made Easy’ in 2023. Many underestimated me, but I never gave up and always believed in myself. With my story and the crown I have won, I hope to help other women who have lost faith in being a role model. We are all queens and we can achieve anything if we just want to!” Valentina said of her triumph in the grand finale of “Life Made Easy”. After Alexandra (2017), the 35-year-old is only the second woman in the history of the weight loss competition to stand at the top of the podium.
Daniel (38) from Rülzheim (Rhineland-Palatinate) took an excellent second place with a weight loss of 73.2 kilos (-45.95 percent; starting weight: 159.3 kilos). A total of 44.9 kilos (-38.12 percent; starting weight: 117.8 kilos) Ása (48) from Cologne was able to wrestle off the scales in third place. Manuela (27) from Bad Kreuznach (Rhineland-Palatinate) ended up fourth with a loss of 55.5 kilos (-36.42 percent; starting weight: 152.4 kilos). The weight loss result for Laura (24) from Darmstadt is also impressive: She reduced her weight by 50.7 kilos (-40.46 percent; starting weight: 125.3 kilos) and thus secured first place among the camp dropouts Rank.
