For the moment, all of the books offered are read in English. Apple doesn’t seem to offer an artificial narrator for other languages.
For Apple, it is necessarily a very juicy market. Not only is the audio book market growing (+25% in one year), but the firm is cutting a very important intermediary from the chain here.
