Starting today, fans of the Walking Dead universe can see the spin-off Tales of the Walking Dead. As the name suggests, it is based on the well-known stories from “The Walking Dead” and “Fear The Walking Dead”. Punctually, from today’s February 19, 2023, the series will start on Magenta TV with six independent episodes, which deal with both new and established characters.
In addition to Samantha Jane Morton and Olivia Munn, the series will also star Terry Crews, Parker Posey, Anthony Edwards, Poppy Liu, Jillian Bell, Loan Chabanol, Embeth Davidtz, Jessie T. Usher, Daniella Pineda and Danny Ramirez.
While I quite liked The Walking Dead, I didn’t warm to it after the first few seasons with Fear The Walking Dead. The spin-off has big shoes to fill and has to prove itself first. Like many, I’m sure I’m excited.
