A 72-year-old man had his penis amputated due to a frustrating sexual experience. The case happened in China and was published in Asian Journal of Surgery on the 10th of January.
The man inserted a two-centimeter-thick metal cock ring around the base of his penis and was unable to remove it. The penis was strangled, but he only decided to seek medical help six months after the incident, after experiencing intense pain.

Doctors tried to remove the ring using common tools, but to no avail. A circular saw was then used to remove the ring from the elderly man’s genitalia. However, it was too late to save the entire penis, according to the team of professionals involved in the case.
