The “Boss” brought on stage, during his last concert, the former First Lady of the United States.
A concert entered in the annals of history. Last Friday, Bruce Springsteen brought on stage former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama, who played the backup singers for a song, Glory Days.
Michelle Obama was accompanied by actress Kate Capshaw, wife of Steven Spielberg, and Patti Scialfa, wife of Bruce Springsteen. Barack Obama and Steven Spielberg were also present, but in a special box located on stage.
Steven Spielberg had fun filming part of the show on his iPhone. This was the first European concert of Bruce Springsteen’s new tour. The rocker will be at La Défense Arena on May 13 and 15.
“Cooking for these 3 geniuses”
Steven Spielberg, Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen were spotted together on Thursday night at chef Rafa Zafra’s Amar restaurant, which launched in 2022. A photo that has gone viral shows the three men posing with staff at a local restaurant.
“The 3 magnificent, what a nice surprise to be able to cook for these 3 geniuses”, wrote on Instagram the chef Rafa Zafra. “The greatest filmmaker in history Steven Spielberg with the best musician and singer, Bruce Springsteen the “Boss” and the great politician Barack Obama, the one who changed the rules and the perspective of the world.”
Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen are very close and even released a book together. “One of the things that brought us together, with Bruce, was realizing, as we talked, that neither of us had really grown up alongside our father,” explained Barack Obama to Daily in 2021.
