The lawyer from La Plata Fernando Burlandowho represents the parents of Fernando Baez Sosasaid this Thursday after finishing the fourth hearing of the trial that the witnesses spoke of “unusual violence” suffered by the victimwhom the defendants had “on the lookout, they waited for the moment” Y “they brutally killed” in an event that he called “a massacre in malón”.
“Almost all the witnesses who passed through the hearing spoke of an objective that was Fernando, it was not any of the other boys who accompanied him and obviously they wanted to end his life,” Burlando said this afternoon at a press conference at the door of the Courts of Dolores.
Mocking assured that “violence was imposed in the DNA of all the defendants” and that they were part of “an organization” that programmed the attack.
“They were on the lookout, they waited for the moment, the police were not there and they attacked Fernando.
