An investigation was opened and entrusted to the Research Brigade of the Lorient Gendarmerie Company.
Two people were found dead early Saturday afternoon following a double homicide in a house in Cléguer, near Lorient in Morbihan.
Another person was discovered in serious condition and was hospitalized, a source close to the investigation told BFMTV. The house is located on the road to the Bonne Entente.
“An investigation is underway following a double homicide committed on Saturday December 31, 2022 in Cléguer,” the Lorient prosecutor’s office told AFP, confirming information from the Telegram and of West France.
Bad state
Neither the identity of the victims nor the circumstances are known at this time. The prosecution indicated that it could not “communicate further, given the requirements of the ongoing investigation”.
According to West France, this third person is a 63-year-old woman. She was transported by firefighters to the Scorff hospital in Lorient.
The investigation was entrusted to the Research Brigade of the Lorient Gendarmerie Company.
