According to the prefecture, the malfunction began around 2 a.m. in Belle-Île-en-Mer, reports France Bleu Armorique. The four municipalities of the island, Le Palais, Sauzon, Bangor and Locmaria are concerned and now also the city of Quiberon on the mainland.
