ANDspaa closed its participation in the Astana Grand Slam, the sixth stage of the main world judo circuit, with a finishing touch, which was achieved by Tristani Mosakhlishvili in the -90 kilos category to close the enormous performance of the national team in the capital of Kazakhstan.

Mosakhlishvili, who continues his improvement after returning to competition, beat the French Ngayap Hambou in the final, which allows him to add points in the Olympic ranking to continue fighting to be in the Paris Games next year.

The Spaniard, who won qualifying group D, beat Rajabov from Tajikistan, Sami Chouchi from Belgium and Tselidis from Greece to reach the semifinals, where he also beat Frenchman Clerge.

Spain leaves the Astana Grand Slam with five medals. In addition to Mosakhlishvili, David García (gold in -66kg), Laura Martínez (silver in -48kg), Alberto Gaitero (bronze in -66kg) and José María Mendiola (bronze in -81kg) got on the podium.
