The residents of Ringuelet who live in the vicinity of the Estación Norte sports complex and a few blocks from the train station continue to suffer from insecurity that the authorities do not seem to be able to control. On this occasion, Last Thursday afternoon there was an unusual scene at 7 between 510 and 511: the frontists caught a criminal and were forced to release him when his accomplices came to his defense.
Around 3:00 p.m., a criminal broke into a house in the area, taking advantage of the fact that he had gone out to do some shopping; but several of the frontists noticed what was happening and decided to wait to catch him when trying to flee. Once the thief left the house, they jumped on him and detained him with the intention of handing him over to the Police, but the surprise was enormous when they saw how a van approached with four people inside who got out with sticks to demand that they release him. .
Between shouts and threats, the assailant’s accomplices managed to free him and took him away at full speed. The thieves also escaped with gold chains, his wallet, a notebook, watches and a cell phone.
For many months now, those who live in this area have constantly reported robberies and attacks in their homes and at any time of the day. The complaints made at the police station, however, are useless because the attacks continue to be repeated and it is in this context that once again the frontists demanded a greater police presence.
