North Korea shows off new drones and ICBMs

Shoigu, for his part, praised the North Korean military as the strongest in the world, and the two talked about strategic security and defense cooperation.

In another meeting, the Russian official read a congratulatory message from President Putin, who thanked North Korea for its support during the “special military operation” in Ukraine, media reported.

The United States has accused North Korea of supply arms to Russia for his war in the Ukraine. Deputy State Department spokesman Vedant Patel said Thursday that the United States was “incredibly concerned” about their ties.

North Korea and Russia have denied conducting arms deals.

Although in previous years Beijing and Moscow have tried to distance themselves from their neighbor’s development of nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles, this year they did not hesitate to make an appearance at the rallies with the North’s nuclear-capable missiles.
