At the moment it is still quite difficult to obtain an affordable GeForce Nvidia graphics card given the prices, but that could well change.
Currently the price of Nvidia graphics cards is still very high. So much so that it is very difficult to build a PC without having to completely break the bank. But it seems that aware of the problem, the manufacturer wants to lower the price of its future RTX 4060 Ti model. This is what we know.
A price drop for Nvidia
The RTX 4060 Ti which should normally arrive in a few weeks if all goes well was originally supposed to release for $450. But surprise, according to the YouTuber RedGamingTech which we know to always have crisp information on the hardware, the price could in fact be lower. Indeed the influencer estimates that it should be released at a price of 399 dollars, the same price as the last generation RTX 3060 Ti.
Obviously 400 dollars is still a sum, especially since the conversion into euros is likely to do more harm than good on this side of the Atlantic. But if the RTX 4060 Ti lands at $399, it will still be good news. A good sign to send to consumers which proves once again that the price of graphics cards is moving in the right direction.
Along those same lines, there’s growing evidence that the RTX 4070 could drop in price too. In the United Kingdom, for example, many promotions allow the card to drop below £589. Besides, do not hesitate to go shopping also with our German neighbors since the site Alternate.de offers an RTX 4070 for 599 euros. We hope that the decline will continue so that the PC becomes again an affordable hobby or at least accessible. Especially with the big games coming with Diablo 4 et Star Wars Jedi Survivor.
