The Central Radioelectric Command arrested this afternoon two young people aged 19 and 22 who had stolen a 110cc motorcycle parked on Goya de Oberá street.

The victim called 911 after verifying what had happened and provided the motorcycle’s characteristics to the operator, who notified a Commando patrol that was traveling through the streets of the neighborhood.

For their part, the camera operators notified the uniformed officers that on Calle San Vicente, at 1535, they had seen the suspects carrying out dangerous maneuvers, for which reason the troops intercepted the motorcyclist and his companion, but they tried to flee leading to at full speed through the landscaped houses, however, they were apprehended by the police a few blocks away, police sources reported.

The complainant recognized the vehicle, and those involved were taken to the police headquarters at the disposal of the First Investigating Court of Oberá.
