For 10 years, the Barrios Urbanos group has been developing real estate ventures: subdivisions and multi-family complexes and innovative commercial avenues.
In this note we review some LOTES from the developer.
In the northern zone it has several already consolidated ventures:

Altos de Don Carlos I and II, between streets 501 to 511 and 137 to 140, where there are units available.
But there are also subdivisions in execution with a high expectation of growth; such as Senderos, calle 501 and 161 and La Colina, calle 515 and 161, with 500 units of 300 to 400 Mts.2, some of them in private neighborhoods.
The group’s next star launch, in the approval and project assembly stage, is La Belle, which will be located between streets 501 to 476 and between 152 to 160in a fraction of 120 hectares and located in the best area of La Plata to live, with great accessibility by 155 avenue between 476 and 501 (to be executed by the developers) and by 501 street (soon to be paved between 140 to 155).
This venture will have 900 units distributed in 5 closed neighborhoods, with single-family lots, condominiums, commercial premises, offices and amenities. As a novelty and something totally disruptive, it is projected to generate a common space for the 5 neighborhoods on a surface of 3 hectares, which will be used exclusively for sporting and social use by La Belle unit holders.
In South Zone are the lots of La Aurora, 7 and 602 bis, with 120 units; Santa Elena, 609 and 5 bis, with 44 fully sold units; Los Fresnos 660 and 13 bis, with 96 units; El Centeno of 7 and 622, 28 units; Farms El Refugio, on Route 11 km.28 in Bavio, with 5 farms of 4 and 5 hectareswhere there are units available.
COMMERCIAL WALKS
But the group urban neighborhoods It is characterized by being a pioneer in generating medium-scale enterprises for commercial purposes and offices, with parking lots and a pedestrian walkway, generating the concept of Proximity stores for new growing urban areas.
Among the completed developments are the Paseo de 131 and 505; Paseo Santa Elena, 609 and 5 bis; Paseo Arana, from Arana and 21 and Paseo Nirvana, from Camino Gral. Belgrano and 479.
While they are currently running the miter promenadeof 485 and 138; Factory, of 4 between 65 and 66. And they are in the projection stage, the Paseo of 138 e-484 and 485; Storage (518 and 132 bis); Paseo La Aurora (7 and 602 bis) and Paseo El Centeno (7 and 622).
