Rather dry again in the evening, the foehn increases in strength in front of a cold front and tears the clouds apart again. Maximum values: 5 to 10 degrees.

Monday – No snow in sight yet

Tuesday – Snow down to the Rhine Valley

Colder north-west flow, in the morning it can snow as far as the Rhine Valley. During the day, however, the weather calms down, and the sun can make an appearance in the cold air. The snow showers are retreating more and more into the mountain regions. In the evening, the mighty cloud screen is already approaching a warm front, which will bring some precipitation and milder air on Wednesday night. Maximum values: 4 to 8 degrees.

Wednesday – warm front

On Wednesday we get behind a nightly warm front into the so-called warm sector and thus again into very mild air, the zero degree rises again temporarily to about 2500m. It is expected to remain dry and partly sunny until about noon, strong westerly winds in the mountains. In the afternoon another cold front is approaching with clouds followed by rain and snow, overnight snowline dropping to 1000m and below.

Thursday – Might turn white again

On Thursday cloudy and windy with rain and snowfall, the snowline ranges between 600 and 1000m.
