A few days before the official launch of the OnePlus 11, we already know the specifications of the OnePlus 11R. This features a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, like the OnePlus 10T. 100W fast charging is also on the menu. We take stock.

The OnePlus 11R

On February 7, OnePlus will introduce the OnePlus 11 internationally. Until then, the smartphone is only available in the Chinese market. On the sidelines of this announcement, other products will be unveiled like the OnePlus Pad, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and the OnePlus 11R. The manufacturer has unveiled a visual of the latter where you can admire its circular photo module identical to that of the OnePlus 11. Support for 5G is also confirmed as well as the presentation date of February 7.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 11R will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. Either the same SoC as that of its big brother, the OnePlus 10T. It will therefore not be necessary to rely on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 as on the OnePlus 11. The chip would be assisted by 8, 12 or 16 GB of RAM depending on the configuration. A new “RAM-Vita” feature will leverage artificial intelligence to optimize memory allocation between uses.

What are the specifications of the OnePlus 11R?

The phone will additionally have a vapor chamber cooling system which will apparently be the same as the OnePlus 10T but 64% larger than the OnePlus 10 Pro. On the display side, the OnePlus 11R will also have an LTPS LCD screen that can go up to 120 Hz. The refresh rate is adaptive and can oscillate between 40 Hz, 45 Hz, 60 Hz, 90 Hz and 120 Hz.

The phone will also benefit from 100 W SuperVOOC fast charging and a 5000 mAh battery. The latter can fully charge in 25 minutes. As for the photo part, the smartphone will have a 50-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.

It now remains to know its price, its launch date and the geographical areas where it will be available. Answer in a few days.
