“We’re extremely, extremely excited about how things are going with the Open world Star Wars game running.” With this remarkable statement, the Vice President of Disney Games, Sean Shoptawthe anticipation of a very special project, which is currently under the direction of Ubisoft Massive seems to take shape. The Swedish development studio, which is actually called Massive Entertainment and specializes in acclaimed games like Far cry 3 as Tom Clancy’s The Division 1 and 2 responsible, but has another hot iron in the fire.

Ubisoft develops games based on Avatar and Star Wars

In addition to the open-world Star Wars game mentioned above, the Swedes are also working on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The first-person action-adventure should match the blockbuster Avatar-The Way of Water be released this year or at the latest by the beginning of next year. What Disney however, what has been seen of the game so far apparently persuaded those responsible to commission a very special project two years ago.

Oddly enough, there was nothing new to hear about what was actually a more recent game. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is also being developed at Ubisoft Massive and is scheduled to appear this fiscal year. However, after the title was postponed in the summer of 2022, there has been a lull on the news front since then. proclaimed nonetheless Julian GerightyCreative Director at Ubisoft Massive that 2023 will be a terrific year for the studio. It is to be hoped that this statement applies to both Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora as well as the new Star Wars game with great open world will apply.
