Tomorrow the criminal trial of former President Donald Trump continues in Manhattan in the case of payment to silence an adult film actress.
Opening arguments are expected to begin.
Jury selection concluded Friday afternoon.
Trump says he will testify at trial.
This process is historic, since it is the first criminal trial against a former president.
Trump faces 34 counts of falsifying business records for covering up alleged money payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels in 2016.
A hearing will take place Tuesday to address comments made by Trump on social media.
Judge Juan Merchán will determine whether the comments made about the process violate a silence order.
Meanwhile, a civil hearing will take place tomorrow on the legitimacy of bail posted by Trump in another case, his civil fraud trial.
State Attorney General Letitia James says the $175 million bond is not adequately backed and there are not enough identifiable collateral.
Trump was found liable for fraud in February and ordered to pay $454 million in damages. His lawyers are appealing the verdict.
