THE Oppo announced a new intermediary in China: the Oppo A56s 5G. This model, which arrives as a rebranded version of the Oppo A57brings interesting specifications for the category, including a high-capacity battery, dual cameras and up to 256 GB of storage to store your files, in addition to betting on competitive prices that should attract many consumers.
What does the Oppo A56s 5G offer?
The new intermediary Oppo features a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution (1612 x 720 pixels) and 90Hz refresh rate. Still on the front, we have a small drop-shaped notch that houses a dedicated 8-megapixel selfie camera.
Inside, the Chinese manufacturer inserted a MediaTek Dimensity 81 processor0 octa-core 2.4 GHz, combined with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD.
There are only two cameras on the back: the 13 megapixel main and the 2-megapixel depth secondary to assist in portrait mode. The device also delivers artificial intelligence capabilities and can shoot up to Full HD at 30 fps.
The on-board battery adds 5,000 mAh with 10 watt charging. Other features of the device include: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.2, stereo speakers, fingerprint reader on the side and Android 12.

THE Oppo A56s 5G is available in China in the following configurations:
- 8GB + 128GB: US$ 161 (R$ 844);
- 8GB + 256GB: US$190 (R$996).
There is still no information on availability in the global market.
