When will Pokémon Crimson and Crimson Update 1.2.0 be released?
game freak and the Pokemon Company recently proudly announced that you can now catch more than 1,000 different Pokémon in the numerous games. In the context of this message, however a small side note almost completely lost, namely the announcement of the update 1.2.0. According to current plans, its release is for the end of February 2023 planned, a specific date is unfortunately not yet certain. Anyway, it is now known that in about four weeks the next patch for Pokémon Crimson and Crimson will be available for download.

The developers have not yet revealed any specific patch notes, but there are at least first indications. Accordingly, the update 1.2.0 numerous bug fixes bring with them and thus get at the collar of further mistakes. Also is from additional “functionalities” the speech, but without specifying it in more detail. Apparently, fans of Pokémon Crimson and Crimson can think of a few new features and maybe too comfort functions looking forward.
Despite the technical debacle, it was a huge success
Incidentally, the numerous problems with the launch have not changed the fact that Pokémon Crimson & Crimson a big sales hit has become. Within the first three days after the release alone, the two games have spread worldwide sold more than ten million copies. With that, they landed after just 72 hours 15th best-selling title for the Nintendo Switch to date.
