Miami-Dade Police (MDPD) is investigating the death of a man who was found with gunshot wounds in an area of southwest Miami-Dade County.
Police said at approximately 12:52 am officers responded to reports of a person being shot in the 10200 block of Southwest Miami-Dade 175th Street, in a West Perrine neighborhood.
When they arrived at the scene, they found an adult male with apparent gunshot wounds inside a home.
Miami-Dade Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and determined the man was dead.
The MDPD Homicide Bureau took over the investigation into this death and has not yet provided information on possible suspects or the identity of the victim.
Two days ago another shooting was reported in an area of West Perrine with a balance of three injured and three detainees.
