A total of 38 subjects are being investigated for belonging to the terrorist structures MS and 18. They were captured by the National Civil Police during the first week of December, within the framework of the Exception regime in different municipalities of the departments of the eastern zone.
The crimes for which they are accused are illegal groups, illegal limitation of freedom of movement, aggravated homicide, possession, carrying or illegal or irresponsible driving of firearms, proposition and conspiracy in the crime of aggravated homicide, aggravated extortion, possession and possession of drugs and others.
Among those captured, it is presumed that there are gang collaborators, active members and leaders or gunmen. The request for the imposition of measures was presented in the Specialized Investigating Court D-2 of San Miguel, which after the proceeding ordered the formal investigation with provisional detention for all, due to the seriousness of the crimes.
