The crime was committed on May 3, 2019, Navarrete and his companions approached the victim and began to fight with him, then forced him to walk towards a wooded area where he was murdered with at least ten shots, according to the statement. from a witness.
The prosecutor’s work, as far as the direction of the investigation is concerned, made it possible to show that Miguel Navarrete participated in the murder, for which he was accused and prosecuted for the crime of co-authorship aggravated homicide.
Through the expert evidence and testimonials obtained, it was possible to disprove the innocence of Navarrete, who was identified as an active member of the MS-13 gang.
