Queen Charlotte (Netflix): what happened to Reynolds? A deleted scene was to give the answer (SPOILERS)

Obviously, we witnessed the debut of the Charlotte / George couple who is at the heart of the series, but other stories take place in parallel. Like for example the one between Lady Danbury and Violet’s father, Lord Ledger, or between Brimsley et Reynolds. Bridgerton : how does the story of Brimsley and Reynolds end in Queen Charlotte ?

Over the six episodes of Queen Charlotte, Brimsley and Reynolds face a few obstacles, but always find each other, even if they have to live their love story in secret. During the ball of the sixth – and last – episode, we can even witness a moving moment when they dance together, far from prying eyes. A beautiful love story that touched the fans… but whose end remains very mysterious. Indeed, in the plot which corresponds to the chronology of Bridgerton, we find Brimsley alone dancing. A Deleted Scene Had to Answer This Big Fan Question

Worst of all, fans of the show almost got the answer to their question about Reynolds. Hugh Sachs, who plays Brimsley in his aged version, made a startling revelation: Reynolds was to appear in a scene set around the time of Bridgerton, but she was eventually cut. “There was a scene that we didn’t shoot because it was cut where I was reunited with the aged Reynolds” the actor confided to Vulture, confirming that Reynolds is not dead as some internet users might think. Hugh Sachs also confides: “He was the love of her life and for some reason they couldn’t stay together. In that deleted scene, they passed each other in a hallway and it wasn’t a toxic moment. In the world they lived in, being gay was a crime punishable by hanging and it was not possible“. What to launch a theory: will Reynolds be in the cast of season 3 of The Bridgerton Chronicle ?
