As a result, the international center of astronomy affirmed that the first day of the sacred month will be March 23, 2023, as indicated above. Indeed, the specialized center is based on the Hijri calendar. It should also be noted that Saudi Arabia will carry out a survey of the crescent of Ramadan, as it does every year. And this, after sunset on Tuesday, Chaabane 29, 1444, which corresponds to March 21, 2023.
