The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJ CDMX) obtained the link to the process of Randy “N”in the murder of the Tirado brothers and his uncle, jose gonzalezwhose bodies were found in the Roma neighborhood last Sunday.
In a statement, it was detailed that the test data was provided for a control judge to prosecute Randy “N” for the crime of aggravated kidnapping to the detriment of four people.
During the hearing, the justice system decided to prosecute the detainee and impose the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention, while the five months that he set as the deadline for the closure of the complementary investigation are carried out.

Thanks to the expert work of the General Coordination of Forensic Investigation and Expert Services, which was carried out in the building where the triple homicide was committed, an identification was found that could correspond to the recently arrested person.

So far there are five detainees in this case: nurse Blanca Hilda “N”, her daughter Sally Mechaella “N” and her son-in-law Azuher “N”. While on December 22, elements of the FGJ CDMX arrested Rebeca “N”, the fifth accused of the triple homicide.
Hours later, Omar García Harfuch, head of the Secretariat for Citizen Security (SSC CDMX) confirmed that the bodies found belonged to brothers Jorge and Andrés Tirado, as well as their uncle, José González.
