A 17-year-old driver hit a 17-year-old moped driver with her car in Rankweil on Thursday.
A 17-year-old car driver turned left on Thursday evening in Rankweil, coming from St. Eusebius-Straße, onto the L 190 in the direction of Götzis. There was a collision with a 17-year-old moped driver driving on the L 190 in the direction of Feldkirch. The 17-year-old was thrown over the car and remained on the road.
Indefinitely injured
The young person sustained injuries of an undetermined degree and was admitted to the Feldkirch State Hospital after receiving first aid on site. The driver of the car was not injured. The moped was totaled, the car was badly damaged and had to be towed. The scene of the accident had to be closed completely for a period of 30 minutes.
