The Ministry of Mobility announced the means of operation of the peak and regional plate to be able to enter the city during the course of Monday, January 9, after the return of several citizens who went out to travel during this festive bridge within the framework of the commemoration of Three Kings Day.

Thus, from January 7 to 9, Bogotá residents were able to celebrate the festive bridge of Kings, which led to more than 570,000 vehicles leaving through the main corridors of the city, (with a cutoff at 12 m., on Sunday, January 8). January). Given this, the Ministry of Mobility highlighted several control parameters for the return plan of these citizens:

Between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm, only those vehicles with license plates ending in even numbers (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8) may enter Bogotá, while from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, entry will only be for vehicles whose license plate number ends in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9).

It should be noted that before 12:00 p.m. and after 8:00 p.m. The Pico y Placa Regional does not apply in any of the nine access corridors to the capital. Likewise, those who are part of the Pico y Placa Solidario benefit are not exempt and must abide by this measure.

The Mobility entity highlighted that drivers who breach the measure peak and regional plaque are at risk of a sanction C.14 which is equivalent to $522,900, further immobilization of the vehicle, as enshrined in the National Transit Code.
