After filing for divorce, sam asghari confirmed this Thursday his separation with Britney Spears.
Asghari said that both he and the “Toxic” singer decided to end their relationship after six years of “mutual love and commitment.”
“After 6 years of mutual love and commitment, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will keep the love and respect we have for each other and I wish him the best always.” wrote through social networks.
The 29-year-old model pointed out that asking for privacy is ridiculous, so he only asked that “everyone, including the media, be kind and considerate.”
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari will divorce one year and two months after their wedding, which took place in Los Angeles, California.
According to sources from the TMZ portal, the couple has been living separately for a week now and they would be divorcing due to an alleged infidelity of the “pop princess”..
The 29-year-old Iranian intends to change the terms of the prenuptial agreement he signed with the 41-year-old singer when they said “yes” in 2022.
Seeking a higher payment than they originally agreed to, Asghari threatened to publish “embarrassing” information about Spears, according to Page Six,
“Asghari is trying to negotiate beyond her prenup and threatening to release extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless she gets paid.”said a source close to the outlet.
