Criminals attacked a married couple with bullets inside a notary’s office in the San Isidro district. As a result of the attack, the man lost his life on the spot, while his wife was injured and she was taken to an emergency medical center in the area. It transpired that the fatality would be Roger Poémape Chávez, ‘Cabezón’, linked to Rodolfo Orellana’s mafia and the organization to which the recently released Gerald Oropeza was linked.

According to the first information, the married couple had gone to the Jorge Velarde Sussoni notary, located on Juan del Carpio street, to carry out a procedure; without imagining that they were followed by seasoned criminals.
The assailants opened fire in an area on the second floor, killing one person, while a woman was injured and taken to a nearby medical center in an emergency.
Police sources specified that the fatality would be Roger Poémape Chávez, ‘Cabezón’, linked to the mafia Rodolfo Orellana and also to the organization to which the recently released man was linked Gerald Oropeza.
Apparently, another person would have been shot and taken to the same hospital as the woman.
Hypothesis of the shooting at the San Isidro notary
