(The history of this pause in the INAI is somewhat long, but in summary it is due to the fact that AMLO objected to the appointment of a couple of commissioners, which prevented the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Data Protection from continuing with his job).

And… Morena’s response came via an order to stay on the 14th floor to continue with the Senate sessions —and in one of those maybe continue with the theme of INAI.

Alejandro Armenta Mier —the same person who presented the initiative to give the INAI a neck— published a order so that people outside “the legislative links do not enter the scheduled session in the Senate.
