“I do not judge, I do not prejudge, I want to inform this sovereignty of the fact; that I have sent a brief to the Court,” he said.
Through the letter, Armenta Mier asked the minister “that through her the following significant events of May 16 can be verified, since Francisco Tapia accredited himself as his adviser through a series of messages” and “intended to create a channel communication between you and your server.
“Immediately afterwards, presumably from the telephone number that you accredit… I received messages with the very probable intention of pressure, intimidation or even pretending to threaten me for my performance as a federal legislator, thus contravening the provisions” of Article 61 of the Constitution.
