Technical school No. 9, located at 1 between 46 and 47, is the scene of a sit-in by students, demanding a complaint of abuse. As they explained, it is about “constant situations of harassment” against the students and a group of teachers, by a student.
The students and parents of both shifts were present at the door of the educational institution. The authorities of the school accumulate complaints but, the indicated student, has not received a sanction.
Student complaints claim that this student “masturbates in class.” “From the student union they did not let the boys tell what was happening,” said a group of mothers who accompany the claim.
“On the part of the institution they tell us that they are working, on the part of the inspectors they say that there is no information and they do not want to say how they are going to work. The parents of the abused girls are treated with contempt, they try to take the girls out of school. One of them, without parental authorization, was changed to a different school,” they added.
“We don’t have communication with managers and when they do, they tell us something to make them happy. With the boys they have threatened us, a list of the boys who were outside was taken ”, they added.
“We want to be able to create a safe school for the children, which is what we send them for,” reflect the parents of the affected students.
The situation has been going on for a long time: “Last year they touched my daughter. She did not want to enter because she did not want to be with the boy who abused her and they transferred her to an adult school. 5th year girls threatened her, that they were going to hit her because they believed him ”.
“The managers who have to take care of the children are conspicuous by their absence,” they qualified. Meanwhile, the students juggle to protect themselves and take precautions even “to go to the bathroom.” “They leave in pairs or a classmate accompanies them to the door,” said a teacher.
