The Government officially launched the fourth edition of the pre-trip program y established the requirements to access the benefitwhich on this occasion will have a maximum credit amount of $70,000.

He previous trip 4 It will be valid for advance purchases of tourist services made from April 19 to 25, 2023, inclusive, for services to be used from May 24 to June 30, 2023, inclusive, in accordance with Resolution 107/2023 of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, published this Friday in the Official Gazette.

The website www.previaje.gob.ar will be the only channel enabled to request this benefit, through the accreditation of advance purchases.

As in previous editions, the people who carry out advance purchases of tourist services will receive a credit equivalent to 50% of the sums paid and accredited as a benefit, which they can use in items, activities and providers that are members of the country’s tourism chain.

These are the activities that will not be covered by the program

Advance purchases and their respective vouchers for a total amount of less than $1000 will not generate benefit or be reached. Also, the minimum amount that must be credited for one or more advance purchases to access is $10,000, as provided.

Purchases of services to be rendered or developed in whole or in part will not be covered by the program either. outside the national territory; purchases of accommodation services located in the same town of residence of the beneficiary; purchases of wholesale services; purchases made under the modality “payment at destination”; the temporary rental of houses and/or apartments and/or rooms for domestic use and/or for housing, and purchases made through tourist providers that are not registered.

The regulation also stipulates that the advance purchases in concept of:

  1. accommodation services in campsites and/or mountain refuges, hotels, inns, cabins, bungalows, apartments and similar residences, except by the hour, accommodation in ranches and youth hostels and services in time-share apartments,
  2. travel agencies: travel and tourism company services and tourism agency services and
  3. regular air-commercial cabotage transportation of passengers and regular long-distance land transportation of national jurisdiction may generate credit as a benefit for an amount of up to $70,000.

For their part, the advance purchases in concept of:

  1. excursion services and/or transfer of special trains and lake, fluvial and maritime excursion services for tourist purposes, automotive passenger transport services for tourism, land transport equipment rental services without operation or crew;
  2. center services: skiing, sport fishing, health tourism, thermal tourism and/or similar, adventure tourism, ecotourism or similar and other centers of activities related to tourism and
  3. Wineries, Botanical Gardens, Zoos, Amusement Parks, Theme Parks, Recreational Parks, Museums, and Preservation of Historic Buildings and Sites may generate benefit credit for a total amount of up to $5,000.

What are the activities and items included in Previaje 4?

According to the Resolution, the credit coupons granted must be used in the activities and items listed below, without exception:

  • Accommodation Services in campsites and/or mountain refuges, hotels, inns, cabins, bungalows, apartments and similar residences, except by the hour, lodging in ranches and youth hostels and services in time-share apartments.
  • Travel agency: services of travel and tourism companies, services of tourist agencies and ticket agencies.;
  • Transport: coastal air, long-distance land and excursion services and/or transfer of special trains and lake, fluvial and maritime excursion services for tourism purposes, automotive passenger transportation services for tourism, transportation equipment rental services terrestrial without operation or crew and their respective terminal exploitation services.
  • Tourist guidespermanent and/or seasonal instructors of a sport linked to tourist activity.
  • Center services: skiing, sport fishing, health tourism, thermal tourism and/or similar, adventure tourism, ecotourism or similar and other centers of activities related to tourism.
  • rental of goods: bicycles, motorcycles, ski equipment, kayaks and other items related to tourism.
  • wineries, botanical gardens, zoos, amusement parks, theme parks, entertainment, recreation and leisure, exploitation of beaches and recreational parks, museums and preservation of historical places and buildings.
  • Gastronomy: cafes, bars and sweet shops, restaurants, canteens, restaurants and canteens with shows, restaurant services and canteens with shows.
  • Commercial activity in airport terminals and free zones that depend on tourist activity;
  • Ballroom services and discos.

The Government clarified that the credit coupons will be available for use from the date of provision of the service(s) acquired and until October 31, 2023.
