Before his marriage to Anna-Carina Woitschack, the moderator was married to his colleague Stefanie Hertel from 2006 to 2012. The two are parents of 21-year-old Johanna, who is also a singer. After the divorce, the hit star entered into marriage with the production assistant Susanne Schmidt from 2013 to 2016. From this relationship came another daughter and a son.
